Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition to be eligible for a return.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or opened products (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
• Sale or clearance items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds & Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
